What Promo Codes Are

A promo code in PlanGames is a short text code you enter to unlock a specific offer. The offer can be a deposit match (for example, 100% up to $200), free spins (for example, 50 spins), or a cashback rate (for example, 10% for a set period). Each code has fixed terms: an expiry date, a minimum deposit, and an eligible game list.

Where To Find Them

PlanGames publishes promo codes in three places: the Promotions page inside your account, email newsletters, and push notifications in the mobile browser. Some codes are tied to a partner link and appear on the landing page after you sign in. PlanGames also sends one-time codes to verified accounts after events like completing KYC or returning after 30 days of inactivity.

How To Activate

Sign in, open Cashier, choose a payment method, and enter the code in the Promo code field before you confirm the deposit. Check the on-screen summary: it should show the bonus type, the bonus amount, and any free spins before you click Deposit. If the code is valid, PlanGames applies the offer immediately after the payment clears and places the bonus in your bonus wallet.

If the field rejects the code, PlanGames blocks it for specific reasons: the code expired, the deposit is below the minimum, the code is limited to first-deposit accounts, or the selected payment method is excluded. Switch the payment method or adjust the deposit amount, then re-enter the same code. If you already confirmed the deposit without the code, PlanGames does not apply it retroactively to that transaction.
